HO HO Cake

Ingredients

3C flour
2C sugar
1/3 C Cocoa
2tsp. soda
1tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. Baking power
2/3 c oil
2Tbl. vineger
2tsp.vanilla
2C water


Instructions

Bake 350 for 30-35 min.

Once cake is completely cooled frost with one tub of Thawed cool whip. Put
cake in freezer until completely frozen, then frost with your favorite
frosting. I use any frosting in a tub or your own
