Lemon Sponge Cake


Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup water
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice


Mix first five ingredients together.
Put into angel food pan (bottom pops out).
Cook at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes.
Poke 100 holes in the cake with an ice pick.
Let rest three minutes.
Drizzle mixture of 2 cups powdered sugar and 1/4 cup lemon juice over top.
Cool 20-30 minutes. Yum!
