Bundt Cake with Fruit

Ingredients

Fruit mixture:
4 cups Cherries, strawberries or blueberries
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 boxed bundt cake (vanilla preferred)

Icing:
2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk


Instructions

On medium low heat combine the fruit mixture ingredients. stir occasionally until the fruit breaks down and a syrup is formed. About 15 min.

Prepare the bundt mix as recommend by manufacture. poor into bundt pan.

Spoon the fruit mixture on to top of bundt pan. use a fork to "swirl" the fruit into the cake mix.

Bake for 20 to 25 min in a 375 degree oven.

Prepare the icing by combining the ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake
