Ingredients

2 C. Sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 t salt
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 stick sweet butter
1 t vanilla
2 t orange extract
1 Cup sifted flour
1 Cup chocolate chips
(1 Cup coarsely chopped nuts if desired)

Instructions

Combine sugar, eggs, salt; beat until light and smooth.

Melt unsweetened chocolate with butter—let cool, then stir with vanilla and orange extracts into egg/sugar mixture.

Beat until smooth. Add flour. Do not over-mix. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips (+nuts if desired).
Spread into pan. Bake 30-40 min. During last 1 minute, sprinkle 1/2 cup chips over all. Remove and spread melted chocolate over top.
