Cake in a Mug

When Mom was too tired to bake a cake for me, she taught me how to make one in a mug, which was just enough for me. I couldn't believe how I could bake my own cake in a mug in the microwave! I'm a chef!"
Ingredients
1 Coffee Mug
2 tbl flour
4 tbl sugar
2 tbl cocoa
1 egg
3 tbl milk
3 tbl olive oil
3 tbl chocolate chips (optional)
small splash of vanilla
Instructions
Put dry ingredients into mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla and mix again. Put the mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate if desired.
