Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

“ My mother was the best cook ever. She taught me and her other 2 daughters to be excellent cooks, Her secret was to love what you were doing. Love will make your recipes turn out with success."

Ingredients

8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
16 oz Cool whip or whipped cream
2 graham cracker pie shells
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 bar chocolate to shave in curls


Instructions

Mix Cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk on medium speed until blended, Fold in Cool whip slowly. Mix well. Pour into 2 pie shells, top with chocolate curls and pecans. Freeze and serve frozen.
