Ingredients

Crust
1/4 Lb. Margarine
1/2 Cup Crisco (Melted)
1/2 Cup Sugar
8 Eggs
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
6 Heaping Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
6 Cups Flour
1 Cup Milk
1/8 Tsp Cloves
1/8 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla

Filling
4 Lbs Ricotta
6 Eggs
2 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/4 Lb (Hershey Bar) Grated Sweet Choc.
Rind from One (1) Lemon and Orange
1/8 Tsp Cloves
1/8 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Lemon Rind
1/4 Tsp (Dash) Whiskey & Anisette

Instructions

RING COOKING.
Cook Rings @ 350 for 30 minutes. Or until golden .
Put egg yoke on & jimmies bake for another 5 minutes.

PIES COOKING.
Cook Pies for 1 hr @ 350 than cook for anther 10 minutes @ 325.
Put cinnamon & sugar on top of Choc cheesecake.
