Very nice cake to make for Easter or any other time of the year."
Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
2 pounds ricotta
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
Instructions
Make cake mix in 13 x 9 pan as directed but do not cook. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over cake bake one hour.
Mix cinnamon & sugar about 1 cup and sprinkle over top of cake. You can add more if you like
