Butter Horn Cookies

2 cups flour
1/2 lb. butter
3/4 cup sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup ground walnuts (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
Cut butter into flour with pastry blender. Add sour cream and egg yolk. Mix well. When blended, divide into 4 portions. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill several hours or overnight. Mix sugar with cinnamon. Prepare ground nuts. Later, roll each portion of dough into a circular shape. Cut into 16 equal pieces (looks like spokes of a wheel). sprinkle cinnamon sugar and nuts lightly on each piece. Roll into 16 crescent shaped cookies. Bake on parchment paper lined cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until light brown. Cool on brown paper. (4 batches) ENJOY!!!
