Pistachio Cake
Great spring green colored cake. A pistachio lovers dream!

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
3 pkg (3.4 oz each) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2-3 oz of pistachios chopped fine and added to the batter cake
1-2 teaspoons of pistachio flavoring. (I could only find this on line)

There are two toppings either one is good
*******************************
For Glaze
1 cup confectionery sugar
1 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
2-3 tbsp of milk

For Frosting
3 cup confectionery sugar
1/2 pound of European butter plugrá
3-4 tbsp of milk
2 tablespoons pistachio flavoring
About 4 oz of pistachios and chopped them fine an sprinkled them in the frosting and over the cake
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes with water, oil and eggs. Beat on med speed for 2-3 minute or until you can see its blended
Blend in 2-3 oz of pistachios chopped fine and added to the batter cake
Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted near the
center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

For Glaze Combine the glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake.
Glaze:
1 cup confectionery sugar
1 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
2-3 tbsp of milk

For Frosting
My frosting instead of glaze -Pistachio butter cream
Frosting
3 cup confectionery sugar
1/2 pound of European butter plugrá (You can buy this at Publix.)
3-4 tbsp of milk
2 tablespoons pistachio flavoring
About 4 oz of pistachios and chopped them fine an sprinkled them in the frosting and over the cake

I took about 4 oz of pistachios and chopped them fine an sprinkled them over the cake after the glaze was on.
