Pineapple Cream Pie

My mother made this dessert every Easter. My sisters and I still talk about it every year. I prepare it for myself each year and remember our family's holiday meals."


1 single crust pie shell
2 packages of vanilla pudding-instant,cooked or sugar free, you choose
1 8oz. can of crushed pineapple(in it's own juice) drained really well.
Whipped cream


Bake and cool pie crust.
Prepare pudding per directions on package. Cool slightly if cooked.
Drain pineapple and spread over pudding.
Place in refrigerator several hours
Top with whipped cream just prior to serving and enjoy!
