apple caramel cheese cake

Apple Caramel Cheese cake, very creamy, but has a little bit of a crunch from the apples, and sweetness from the caramel sauce."


Pre heat your oven 300
1 1/4 cup grahmam cracker
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp cinnamom
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 14 oz can of sweetened condense milk
3 eggs
1 cup chopped green apples
1 jar a caramel ice cream topping


Line a 9 inch spring form pan with parchment paper (avoid sticking)mix together grahmam cracker and butter and press into a 9 inch spring form pan.
Set aside.
Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy then add sweetened milk, then beat 1 egg at a time for at least 1 min each, pour some of the mixture on top of the grahmam cracker, add apples and a 1/2 cup or caramel, pour the rest of the cream cheese mixture over the apple then swirl some more of the caramel on top...bake at 300 for 1 hour..make sure your oven is correct temp.

Make sure its set, if not cook another 5 min.
After cooled you can eat it with or without whip cream.
