Aunt "T's" Cheesecake


Easy Bake Cheesecake
Quick and simple recipe to prepare. No bowls, etc., everything is made in the blender! Fast & easy clean-up!

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
1 - Graham Cracker Crust (store bought is best)
1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 - Cup Sugar
1/2 - Cup Sour Cream
3 - Eggs
1 - Tsp. Vanilla

TOPPING:
1 - Can of prepared pie filling any flavor

or... for CHEESE TOPPING:
1/2 - Cup Sour Cream
1/4 - Cup Sugar
1 - Tsp. Vanilla


Instructions

Combine Sugar, Sour Cream, Vanilla and eggs in Blender. Cut softened cream cheese into cubes and put into blender one-at-a-time. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350o for 45 minutes. Remove cheesecake from oven, put topping on and place back in oven for another 5-8 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
