Ingredients
2 cups Flour
1 t. Soda
1/2 t. Salt
2 cups Oatmeal, blended in food processor
1 t. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 cup Butter
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Sugar
1 t. Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Macadamia Nuts, chopped
12 oz package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Coconut
4 oz grated milk chocolate
Instructions
Cream together eggs, butter, vanilla and both sugars. Mix flour, soda, salt, oatmeal and baking powder and slowly add to creamed ingredients. Fold in nuts, chocolates and coconut. Using a 1” ice cream scoop, put scoops of batter on a greased baking sheet at bake for 10 minutes at 375
