Chocolate Ice Cream Cup Cake
Adding Ice cream in a cake butter and bake. Top with cream cheese cream and walnuts."


1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
6 tablespoons Butter, softened
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 Egg
1 cup Chocolate Ice cream
4 oz Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
5 tablespoons Crushed Walnuts
10 Walnuts


1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2.In a small bowl, put ice cream and heat in a microwave for 30 seconds or until creamy.
3.In a bowl, combine softened butter and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well. Add egg, flour, baking powder, ice cream and 4 tablespoons of crushed walnuts. Mix well.
4.Pour the batter in each muffin cup and bake for 15 minutes.
5.In the mean time, in a bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts and lemon juice. Mix well.
6.After 15 minutes, put 1/10 of cream cheese mixture onto each muffin, then place walnut on top. Put them back into the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
