Chocolate Pecan Kisses Chocolate

Chocolate chips, nuts and egg whites"
Ingredients
1 Egg White
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Place white in a small mixing bowl, let stand at room temp for 30 minutes.beat on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time,on high until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 in. apart onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake at 250derees for 40-45 minutes or until firm to the touch. Turn oven off and let cookies dry in the oven for 1-1/2 hours.
Carefully remove cookies from paper. Store in airtight containers.
