4-1/4 c. freshly-ground soft wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Add half of dry mixture and mix well, then add remaining dry mixture and mix thoroughly. *Divide dough into thirds, place each piece on a piece of plastic wrap, flatten to 1/2" thickness, wrap, and chill for about 4 hours.*
