Ingredients

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup confectioner's sugar

Instructions

Mix oil, chocolate & sugar. Blend in one at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla & flour. Mix well. Add baking powder & salt into mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Roll in confectioner's sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Roll in confectioner's sugar again.
