Ingredients
29 oz. can pumpkin
12 oz. can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 C. sugar
1 gt. salt
1 T. cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 C. melted butter/margarine
1/2 C. chopped pecans
Instructions
In large bowl mix pumpkin, milk,eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour into a greased
9x13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over top. Sprinkle pecans on top of cake mix. Pour butter over top. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
