Cool Pumpkin ParfaitsUser Submitted Recipe
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin pie filling
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 teaspoons of grated orange peel
1 tub (8 ounces) of light cool whip, divided
2/3 cup Marshmallow Creme
15 Graham Crackers, crushed
Mix the 7 ingredients together; blending until completely smooth. Fold in 1/2 the tub of cool whip.
Take six clear 8 ounce glasses and let’s begin the laying process. Place 3 tablespoons of crushed graham crackers on the bottom of each glass, then take 1/2 of the pumpkin mixture and layer it equally between the six glasses. Then take the marshmallow crème and layer it equally between the six glasses. Place 3 tablespoons of crushed graham crackers on top of the marshmallow crème. Take the other 1/2 of the pumpkin mixture and layer it on top of the graham crackers. Top each glad with the cool whip dividing it equally between the six glasses. Finish each parfait off with a sprinkle of graham crackers. Chill for at least an hour.
