Pineapple Walnut CakeUser Submitted Recipe
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juice, don't drain
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
one stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups 10x confectioner's sugar
Mix all cake ingredients in large bowl by hand and spoon into ungreased 13 x 9" glass baking dish. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.
Prepare frosting and apply to cooled cake, sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.
