This is a great strawberry pie recipe. It is so easy and even if the winter strawberries aren't as sweet as the summer ones, this pie is great. Easy, too!"
Ingredients
2 T. Strawberry Jello
3 T. Cornstarch
1 C. Hot water
1 C. Sugar
1 Pie crust
Cool Whip for Topping
Instructions
Put all ingredients except pie crust in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Add red food coloring to make desired color. Cool. Cook pie crust. Cool. Stand strawberries in cooked pie crust until full. Pour filling over strawberries. Refrigerate 2 hours.
