Brownie Pecan PieUser Submitted Recipe
1 C Corn Syrup
1/2 C sugar
1/8 t salt
4 oz baking chocolate
3 T butter
1 t vanilla
1 c pecans
2 extra servings ready made graham cracker crust
Preheat oven to 350. In a small saucepan mix corn syrup, sugar, and salt and bring to a boil. Let boil for two minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate and butter. Stir until butter melts and then let sit for 5 minutes. While that is sitting, whisk the eggs. After mixture has cooled, very slowly add it to the eggs, stirring the whole time. Then add vanilla and pecans and pour into pie crust. Bake at 50 minutes until center is slightly puffed.
