Hawaiian Pineapple Cake

So easy, simple and inexpensive to make. It is always a hit (even with kids)"

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs beaten
1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 c. crushed or chopped walnuts
1 tsp. Baking soda

Let cool.

Icing

1 Package Phila. Cream Cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 stick margarine or butter

Mix cream cheese and margarine together. Hint: If it is not soft enough, you can put in microwave to soften (not too long). Blend together well to a cream and add vanilla and 10 x sugar.

Cake is best after icing has been refrigerated. This butter cream icing will compliment any cake.

Instructions

Mix ingredients together and place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Let cool.
