Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie

2 9” refrigerated pie shells
2 ½ c whole pecans
3 tbs Butter at room temp
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
3 Large Eggs Lightly Beaten
1c Light Corn Syrup
1c Sugar
¼ c Milk Chocolate Chips
Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven 350
Combine pie crusts into one large crust and press into an 11” tart pan. In a food processor, lightly chop a third of the pecans then combine with the remaining whole pecans, sugar, and corn syrup in a large mixing bowl. Wisk together butter, vanilla extract, and eggs then fold into the pecan mixture. Pour filling into prepared crust and evenly sprinkle in chocolate chips. Lightly dust the top of the filling with ground cinnamon, bake in oven for 50-55 minutes or until set.
