Mildly sweet dessert bread, great for an afternoon coffee break."
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
i tsp soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
2 boxes frozen strawberries
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups oil
i cup chopped nuts of choice
Instructions
Mix first five ingredients in one bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in second bowl. Combine both mixtures. Pour mixture equally into two loaf pans and bake at 325 for one hour.
