Pumpkin Cake

An amazing ending to any Holiday meal."


Pumpkin Cake:
1 Spice Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Water
1 30oz.Can Pumpkin MIX
2 Small Packs Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 1/2 Cups Milk
Cool Whip
Cinnamon or Nutmeg to sprinkle ontop


Mix all ingredients for the cake together in a large bowl. Lightly spray 9x13 pan. Pour cake mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes. Cool cake completely.
Mix pudding and milk and spread on cooled cake.Let sit awhile before spreading Cool Whip. Sprinkle Cinnamon or Nutmeg ontop of Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. ENJOY !!!
