This is a Cheesecake recipe using a Corn Flake crumb crust and topping. This is my Mom's recipe that was always the first thing to be sold out at Bake Sales.
Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
Step 1 (filling):
2 eggs (room temperature)
1/3 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup milk (room temperature)
2 tsp. vanilla

Step 2 (crust/topping):
2 1/2 cups corn flakes - measure then crush
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 lb. margarine (room temperature)
Instructions
Step 1:
Cream all of the filling ingredients together - set aside.

Step 2:
Mix together crust/topping ingredients by hand until it resembles large crumbs.

Step 3:
Line 13 x 9 pan with 3/4 of the corn flake crumbles.
Spread cream cheese mixture over top.
Sprinkle remaining corn flake crumbles over top.

If using Pyrex pan - bake in 325f oven for 25 minutes.
All other baking pans - bake in 350f oven for 25 minutes.
