Roast Banana Chocolate Frozen Yogurt

Low fat, low cholesterol, stevia as main sweetener."


3/4 c. non-fat milk
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 ripe banana, sprinkled w/brown sugar and roasted
2 cups non-fat plain yogurt
stevia powder equiv. to 1/4 c. sugar (check the number of scoops on your stevia, they vary)


Blend chocolate and milk in blender until smooth. Add roasted banana, yogurt, and stevia powder and blend until mixed.

Turn on ice cream maker and pour mixture through ingredients spout. Freeze for 20-30 minutes depending on desired consistency. Store in freezer in plastic container. From freezer, defrost 20 min. before serving.
