Dressed-up Cheese Cake
Baked cheese cake with strawberry puree and wrap it with crepes. On top, blueberries and strawberries. To hold the cake and to make it more beautiful, I tied with ribbon.
Recommended Servings
For Cheese cake
-30 pieces of Ritz Crackers
-4 tablespoons Butter
-8 oz Cream Cheese, at room temperature
-4 tablespoons Sugar
-2 Eggs
-4 tablespoons Flour
-3/4 cup Milk
-1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
-1 lb Strawberries
-10-12 Blueberries

For Crepe
-6 tablespoons Flour
-2 tablespoons Sugar
-1 Egg
-3/4 cup Milk
-2 tablespoons Butter
1.Put crackers in the Ziploc and crush. Melt 4 tablespoons of Butter and add. Mix well.
2.Transfer the crackers to the cake pan and with hand, press mixture firmly on the bottom of the pan. Chill in the refrigerator until it sets.
3.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
4.Mash half of strawberries with fork in a bowl. Cut the rest of strawberries into half-four. (depends on how big the strawberries are)
5.In a bowl, beat cream cheese and add 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well.
6.Add 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of flour and 3/4 cup of milk to the bowl. Mix well. Pour half of the batter into the cake pan. Then place the mashed strawberries and pour the rest of the batter.
7.Bake for 50-60 minutes. Let it cool.
8.In the meantime, make crepes. In a bowl, combine 6 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well. Then add 1 egg and 3/4 cup milk. Mix well. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a microwave and add to the bowl.
9.In a lightly oiled frying pan, make 6 crepes.
10.Circle crepes laying each on the cutting board. Then place the baked cheese cake in the center. Wrap the cheese cake with crepes and then tie the ribbon to hold the cake. Wrap the way you like but make some frills with the edge of each crepe.
11.Place the rest of cut strawberries and blueberries on top.
12.Cut the cake and serve.
