Super Fudgey One Bowl Brownies

Is it fudge or is it a brownie? These are so chocolatey and rich they just melt in your mouth. No doubt they will become a fast family favorite."

2/3 cup Butter (unsalted)
4 oz Chocolate squares (unsweetened)
2 cups Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
4 Eggs (unbeaten)
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
1 + 1/2 cup Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup All purpose flour

Preheat oven to 325. Line a 13X9 pan with parchment paper (for easy removal from pan). Melt butter, chocolate squares and 1/2 cup chocolate chips together in a saucepan large enough to serve as a mixing bowl. Remove from stove; stir in sugar, salt, eggs (one at a time), vanilla, nuts, remaining chocolate chips, and flour. Spread in pan bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with only a few moist crumbs. Let cool in pan on a wire rack. Run knife along the sides of pan before removing. Cut and enjoy! Best to store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Tip: Dip knife in warm water between cuts to avoid sticking!
