Ingredients

1 20 oz. roll sugar cookie dough
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 T. granulated sugar, divided
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1 c. thinly sliced, peeled apples
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
2 T. caramel ice cream topping

Instructions

Freeze dough 30 minutes. Slice as thinly as possible (about 32 slices) Place on 12" greased pizza pan, pressing edges together. Bake @ 350 for 12-15 minutes. Prick with fork; cool. Mix pumpkin, cream cheese, 2 T. sugar and 1/2 t. cinnamon until smooth. Spread on crust. Mix apples and 1 T. sugar and dash of cinnamon. Arrange on pizza. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Drizzle with caramel. Cool slightly. Cut; serve warm.
