Ingredients

Oreo cookies, crushed
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 square semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 tsp butter

Instructions

Preheat oven @ 350. Mix cookie crumbs with 2 tbsp butter; press into 9 inch pan. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs. Mix until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 50 minutes until center is set. Cool. Carefully spread sour cream over top. Loosen cake from springform pan. Place chocolate and 1 tsp butter in small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on Medium for 30 sec; stir. Drizzle over cheesecake, pull a toothpick through lines from center of cheesecake to outside edge to resemble a spider web. Refrigerate.
