White Chocolate PopcornUser Submitted Recipe
6 oz. white chocolate chips
2 - 3 1/2 oz. bags of plain microwave popcorn
Pop the popcorn in the microwave. Pour into 2 large bowls.
Melt the chocolate in a small glass bowl in the microwave, about 30 seconds, or till melted. Drizzle the melted white chocolate slowly over the popcorn, stirring with a fork to loosen it up. Don't pour too much on it, or it will become soggy. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate till chocolate has hardened.
