Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 ½ Teaspoons soda
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ cup cocoa
½ teaspoon salt

Add:
1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 cup cold water
2 teaspoons vanilla
Beat well and bake in 9X13 pan @ 350.


Icing
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
¼ cup butter

Boil 1 min. & pour over warm cake in pan.

Instructions

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add mayo, water & vanilla. Beat well and bake in 9X13 pan @ 350 until tested done in the middle with a toothpick. (About 30 min.)
