No Fail Cheesecake Bars

A family favorite! Easy to make! Great the day you make it but even better made a day ahead!"

Ingredients

CRUST:

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
3 Tbsp. sugar
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

CAKE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
½ cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla


Instructions

1. To make Crust: Combine ingredients and pat into a 9x12 inch pan.
2. To make Cake: With mixer or by hand mix ingredients until smooth and pour over crust.
3. Bake exactly 20 minutes in a preheated 370° oven, cool.
4. To make Topping: Mix ingredients well and spread over cooked cake.
5. Bake at 475° for 5 minutes exactly.
6. May be topped with canned pie filling (but great just plain too)
