strawberry delight ice cream

“ Easy, delicious fresh strawberry ice cream"

Ingredients

2 basket strawberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
juice of 2 lemons
2 cups whole milk
1 small can evaporated milk
1 cup heavy cream


Instructions

Mash strawberries with sugar. Add lemon juice. Let stand at room temp. about 45 min. to an hour.
Add the milk, evaporated milk, and cream. Stir. Chill. pour into ice cream freezer. Freeze.
