Frozen Summer Pie
User Submitted RecipeYou choose the flavor!
“
This frozen treat is refreshing on a hot summer day, and so easy to make! The cool thing about it is that you can use any flavor of juice concentrate you want. I also always use fat-free ice cream and frozen whipped topping to slim it down."
Ingredients
5 graham crackers
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 can of frozen juice concentrate (any flavor), defrosted
1 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, defrosted
1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions
Put graham crackers in a ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Then put the graham cracker crumbs into a bowl and mix with melted butter and sugar.
Spoon into an 8x8 or 9x9 pan and pack into the bottom.
Then blend juice concentrate, whipped topping, and ice cream in a large bowl (preferably with a mixer) until smooth.
Spread over graham cracker crust and freeze for at least an hour.
