Orange Blossom Special Cake


For the cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cup water (i use the juice drained from
the 2 cans oranges)
4 eggs
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup oil
1 big box vanilla instant pudding
1 can drained mandarin oranges

For the Frosting:
Big tub cool whip
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained, squeeze out all juice)
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 can drained mandarin oranges
Sour cream


For the Cake:
Mix all the ingredients together except for the oranges. When it is mixed well add the drained mandarin oranges and mix with a spoon.(you don't want to break the orange slices)
Bake according to instructions for cake mix. I use 2 round cake pans to make a double layer cake.

For the Frosting:
In a large bowl add the cool whip, instant vanilla pudding, and drained crushed pineapple(i squeeze out the juice with my hands)
Mix together and then start adding sour cream until you reach the thickness desired.
When the cake is cool,add a thick layer of frosting to the cake. I use all of the frosting.
Decorate the top of the cake with the mandrin oranges.
