Coconut Sorbet - 8 Servings

1 can of cream of coconut (sweetened) plus 1 can of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions
mix the cream of coconut, water and vanilla in a bowl.
Pour into the frozen ice cream bowl and turn the machine on.
Let it run 20 mins then place the container in the freezer for another hour. Serve with a ice cream scoop and enjoy. It is worth the wait.
