Orange Blossom Special Cake
This is the best cake. Light and not too sweet."

Ingredients

For the cake:
1/4 cup water
1 box yellow cake mix
2 cans of oranges (only drain the juice)
1 can mandarin oranges (only drain the juice)
4 eggs
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup oil
1 big box vanilla instant pudding
i can drained mandarin oranges

for frosting:
big tub cool whip
1 large can crushed pineapple(drained, squeeze out all juice)
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 can drained mandarin oranges
sour cream


Instructions

For the Cake:
Mix all the ingredients together except for the oranges. When it is mixed well add the drained mandarin oranges and mix with a spoon.(you don't want to break the orange slices). Bake according to instructions for cake mix. I use 2 round cake pans to make a double layer cake.

For the Frosting:
In large bowl add the cool whip,instant vanilla pudding,drained crushed pineapple(i squeeze out the juice with my hands)
Mix together and then start adding sour cream until you reach the thickness desired.
when the cake is cool,add a thick layer of frosting to the cake. I use all of the frosting. Decorate the top of the cake with the mandarin oranges.
