Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
(1) 20 oz. crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1 cup nuts
Frosting:
1/2 stick oleo
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
add powered sugar until stiff

Instructions

MIX: 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, pineapple, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp. soda and one cup nuts. Bake in ungreased 13 x 9 pan at 350 for 35 to 40 min.
FROSTING: 1/2 stick oleo, 4 oz cream cheese vanilla and add powered sugar until stiff and frost.
