Ingredients

*two pints of blueberries
*two pints of strawberries, sliced, reserve three for slicing in half (garnish)
*sweetener, your choice (about a tblspful)
*large box of vanilla sugar-free or regular instant pudding mix
*low fat milk
*sugar free or lite cool whip, thawed

Instructions

*You will need six individual clear glass parfait container or 6 clear plastic glasses will do for outdoor and casual, and disposable.
*Slice and sweeten your strawberries w/ sweetner of choice
*Prepare and pour in a layer of vanilla pudding
*sprinkle in a layer of blueberries to reach the rim.
*dollop a big tblspful of cool whip and garnish with a half sliced strawberry.
You will see red, white and blue from the bottom up or red, white and blue from the top down.
