Ingredients
8 oz. Bittersweet chocolate (the best you can find)
1 c. sugar
2 sticks sweet butter
1/4 c. coffee
4 eggs
Instructions
1. preheat oven to 350oF.
2. Microwave chocolate, butter, sugar. Whisk well.
3. Add eggs and coffee, whisking well.
4. Bake in buttered 9-inch cake pan at 350o about 25-30 minutes.
