Ingredients

48 chocolate kisses (any variety), unwrapped
1 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In Cuisinart stand mixer, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add flour and blend until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Unwrap chocolate kisses. Mold a tablespoon of the cookie dough around each chocolate kiss, making sure that the kiss is completely covered with dough.
Shape into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until the cookies are set. Cool slightly and remove to cooling rack.
