Cranberry Brownies

Sweet Fudgy Brownies with tangy dried fruit"


1 - 19.5 oz pkg. Fudge Brownie Mix
½ c. Canola Oil
¼ c. water
3 Large White Eggs
1/3 c. Walnut Chips
1 c. Dried Cranberries
¼ c. Walnut Chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Coat a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray

In a large mixing bowl combine brownie mix, oil, water, eggs, 1/3 c. walnut chips and cranberries. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Pour into pan. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ c. nuts evenly on the top of brownie mix. Bake of 28-31 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool for 30 minutes.
