3/4 cup heavy cream
8 ounces finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
2 tablespoons light corn syrup


1. In a small saucepan, heat cream to a simmer.
2. Pour simmering cream over chopped chocolate.
3. Stir in corn syrup and stir until smooth.
