Creamy Cheese Cake

A light cheese cake; good even after a heavy meal."

Ingredients

Prepare your favorite graham cracker crust; butter a 10" springform pan. Press crumbs onto bottom of pan.

BATTER:
2- 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pint sour cream
6 egg yolks (save whites)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tblsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla


Instructions

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, flour and vanilla until smooth and light. Beat eggwhites stiff and fold into cream mixture.
Set springform pan in another pan to which 2 cups of water have been added.
Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until center is set.
