Fluffy Cheese Cake

No bake refrigerated cheese cake that is light as air yet very tasty."

Ingredients

1 lg crushed pineapple
1 c pineapple juice
1 lg lemon jello
1 can Milnot
1/2 c sugar
1 stick butter
1-8oz cream cheese, softened
20-24 graham crackers


Instructions

Mix Jello with juice & chill until partially set. Mix sugar with cream cheese and pineapple. Whip Milnot, add Jello mixture and mix well. Add cream cheese mixture folding in well. Melt butter with crushed graham cracker and line a 13 x 9 pan. Pour finished mixture into prepared pan. Chill overnight.
