Best Chocolate Chip Cookies that you will EVER make! I've gotten so many compliments on this recipe (that I tweaked myself to get the perfect cookie that stays soft for days) that almost everyone who has tried them has asked me for the recipe. "
Ingredients
1/2 c. crisco,
butter flavor
1/4 c. splenda
brown sugar
1/2 c. splenda
baking sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
2 c. unbleached
flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nestle
semisweet
chocolate
chips
Instructions
In stand mixer, mix crisco, sugars, vanilla and egg whites until crisco is in somewhat small chunks. Toss in flour, salt and baking soda and mix. While stirring, add in the chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes, until slightly golden.
